HOW ITEMS ARE DELIVERED & HOW DO YOU PAY?
• Our products are made in small batches to maintain freshness. Because of this processing time for orders would take 2-3 working days
• We only offer one form of payment/delivery at the moment : Cash On Delivery 35 anywhere in Trinidad (cash received by courier on our behalf).
Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
• Delays in delivery may occur as a result of holidays, strikes etc. In these cases you will be informed throughout our social media.
REFUND POLICY
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the handmade, small-batch process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. No refunds will be provided unless there is a packaging error or you received an incorrect product.
